A gender sensitization cell is a group that promotes gender equality and creates safe spaces for people of all genders. 

Goals 

• To encourage students to speak out against gender biases

• To take action against cases of harassment and atrocities on women

• To break gender stereotypes and promote gender equality
• To create a positive environment where everyone's individuality is respected
• To raise awareness about gender-related issues

Activities 

• Organizing debates, panel discussions, and group discussions

• Organizing poster making competitions and exhibitions

• Enquiring into and taking action against cases of harassment and atrocities on women

• Examining grievance letters from women staff and students

• Providing feedback to women staff and students
